"Exceptional stay in the heart of Níjar"

Casa de la Cine is a really special place. The location is perfect, right in the center of Níjar, yet calm and full of character. The rooftop terrace has an incredible view and is definitely one of my favorite spots. Great for a morning coffee as the sun comes up or a glass of wine at sunset. The patio is framed by beautiful bougainvillea and is just lovely, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, the apartments are super comfortable, well stocked (cooking utensils, coffee machine etc) and thoughtfully put together. The cinema theme is a wonderful touch, especially knowing that one of the buildings was actually the projection room for the town cinema. It adds so much charm from the moment you walk through the front door. The patio out front also has a great bit of local history — it used to be a gathering place for evening dancing and is now one of the most photographed spots in town. The Casa is a true local treasure. Mayte is an exceptional host, beyond welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She knows the town and surrounding area inside out and is generous with recommendations. Casa de la Cine is a perfect base for exploring Cabo de Gata National Park and the nearby beach towns, and it’s so convenient being just 20 minutes from the airport. I couldn’t recommend it more and would happily stay again.

I wish I had more time to spend here! I will definitely be coming back!

La casa está en una ubicación excelente y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Es muy acogedora. Mayte es una anfitriona de 10, amable y atenta en todo momento. Un gran detalle la botella de vino de bienvenida. El patio ideal para tomar un buen desayuno o simplemente disfrutar de una noche con millones de estrellas
