Room is spacious and spotless clean. Bed was very comfortable. There was load shedding but we were not affected because enough lights and gas stove. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My stay at Lairds Lodge was simply wonderful. Not only was it conveniently located near the main road, but the accommodation was impeccably clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, the true highlight of my experience was the warm and welcoming hospitality of Nomusa, the lovely housekeeper who made me feel right at home.

The only minor drawback was the uneven and rocky road leading to the accommodation. As someone driving a small car, I was a bit apprehensive about getting stuck. While I understand that this is beyond the lodge's control, I thought it was worth mentioning. Perhaps some improvements to the road could be made to ensure smoother access for all guests.

Everything was good. Nice distance from town. Not too far, not too close.

Driveway gets abit tricky in wet. No wood in fire place on arrival.
