Casa Fita en El Cubo de La Galga

The house is filled with love and kindness. It makes you feel at home. The place is quiet, the wind rustles through the trees, the stars make a magnificent ceiling at night, the owner is easily accessible for questions, and even the reluctant internet by moments ... it all gave peace on our mind. Internet is a point of attention, the owner is aware and working on it. It made me realise how far we are depending of this internet!

Amazing place! Would rate higher if I could. Easily one of the nicest places I've stayed at. Great location close to the forest, so you can start your hikes from there. Great terrace for stargazing, astrophotography or relaxing in the sun, easy access as the road was really good as well. The kitchen was so well equipped, and Luis really included everything you could need. You can really tell they put a lot of thought into the house, so you will have everything you need. Luis made us feel so welcome. I'd love to come again someday.

Not really a bad thing, but it's close to the forest so you should be aware that some spiders might come for a visit. I'm not sure though if that's just the case all over the island.

Wonderful rooms and house in general, it felt very welcoming. Everything was perfectly clean. Kitchen is equipped with everything you did not know you might need. It also provides items as cooking oil, sugar, salt, tea and coffee. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was without any problem, he was very kind and helpful. He picked us from the bus stop so we did not have to go on foot with the baggage (we travelled by bus). The surrounding is quiet and there is a spectacular forest close to the house.

There was no mobile phone coverage (which was not a problem for us, but might be an issue for somebody). But there was wi-fi available so we were connected to the world.

Luis was an excellent host and the place is even nicer than in the pictures. The front of the property where you come in is a beautiful garden and an excellent spot to sit out and have lunch in the sun. House is super cosy and there is plenty of beautiful spots to check out in the surrounding area.
