Environnement magnifique au milieu des oliviers. La vue panoramique est exceptionnelle. Le calme absolu. Très reposant. Accès facile par chemin en bon état.

Le site est magnifique et très bien placé, la maison isolée, simple et sobre, est agréable et reposante en famille avec la présence d'une grande terrasse.

Il n'est pas conseillé de consommer l'eau , donc achat important de bouteilles d'eau.

De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep goed. Op de dag zelf had heb ik aangegeven hoe laat ik ongeveer aan zou komen waarop redelijk snel een reactie kwam. De eigenaar was aanwezig op het moment van aankomst en legde alles prima uit. Wij hadden het grotere appartement (3 kinderen en 2 volwassene) met het dakterras wat een ander gebouw / locatie op het erf is dan foto in de advertentie, echter is dat geen enkel probleem want je ervaart op deze locatie dezelfde rust en vrijheid. De omgeving is erg stil en 's avonds is het prachtig om te zien hoe de nacht valt en langzamerhand de lichtjes in de bergen beginnen te branden. Wanneer je alle lichten van het appartement uit zet kun je 's avonds erg goed naar de sterren kijken. tussen 22.00 en 23:00 hebben we naast de sterren ook meer dan 20 satellieten voorbij zien komen. Voor de kinderen de eerste keer om zoiets te zien dus dat was een mooie ervaring. We verbleven in juli 2 nachten op deze locatie om vanuit hier een boot tocht te maken in Cala Gonone waar we een eigen bootje gehuurd hadden. Wat echt een aanrader is om te doen. Eén van mijn lekkerste pizza's heb ik gegeten bij PIZZERIA DIMITRI (d!m!tr!) in het nabijgelegen dorp Dorgali. Waar ook meerdere supermarkten zitten om je boodschappen te doen. Lekkere bedden om op te slapen en een moderne schone badkamer maken het verblijf compleet. De auto kan achter het appartement onder de schaduw van de bomen geparkeerd worden. Ze verkopen ook zelf ook olie en (rode en witte) wijn. Echter was deze volledig uitverkocht toen wij er waren. Mocht je zoiets leuk vinden dan is het wellicht handig om van te voren bij je boeking aan te geven of het mogelijk is om een flesje wijn / olie te bestellen.

Er is een verrijdbare airco maar die koelt niet alle ruimtes optimaal in de zomer. Echter wanneer je overdag alle luiken bij de ramen dicht houdt en 'savonds wanneer je gaat slapen alle ramen tegen elkaar open zet waait het lekker door waardoor je met een prima temperatuur kan slapen. 1 kamer is voorzien van een hor tegen insecten. Voor de andere slaapkamer / badkamer zou ik ook aanbevelen om deze te plaatsen. Laat je niet tegen houden door dit kleine puntje want de locatie is echt prachtig en we hebben geen last gehad van de warmte / insecten in de avond.

Superbe emplacement, beaucoup de choses à faire autour. Une vue splendide depuis la terrasse !

Pas de salon, donc en hiver, peut-être moins confort.

The location of the house is absolutely astonishing, since it is located in the middle of an olive garden. There is just this one building and no other around, which makes the stay as isolated and private as possible. The balcony/terrace is huge and perfect for viewing surrounding location.

The only thing which would be lovely to have is the AC. The house has a cooling device, but it can't really handle the heat of hot Sardinia's summer. Didn't bother us though.

The surroundings of the little house are stunning. Imposing mountain tops and olive orchards create a sight to behold. There is little light pollution there so in the night the stars are very well visible. Close to (car distance) S’Ulumu is a beautiful Cedrino lake and the beaches aren’t that far either. The house is in overall very good shape, clean, well equipped. The owner ensured that we wouldn’t have any problems with using the house amenities by giving us very detailed instructions.

We had to wait for the host at the gate for around 40 minutes to get our keys at noon, so it was pretty uncomfortable. Even though we agreed a specific time window (15 minutes) the day before. The internet connection is bad at the small house, to the point of not being usable at all. The phone signal isn’t any good either. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which was strange for us as we aren’t used to having to bring it with us. I don’t understand why the owner doesn’t include the city tax in the price of accommodation, as well as bedsheets. This marketing strategy doesn’t appeal much to me. The mosquito nets in the windows had holes so the mosquitos could get inside anyway.

Location location location, this property is all about the views and the solitude, the building itself is a little tired but you're booking this place for the location.

Poor communications, lack of a personal touch, there was no indication the owners were happy to host us or were ready for us and felt a little like we were an inconvenience. No fresh drinking water available and no warning we would need to bring any, an obvious good gesture would be at least provide a fresh bottle of water in the fridge, no amenities, provided (shockingly not even oil, bearing in mind it's in the middle of an olive grove)
