The venue is lovely. The setting is beautiful The staff are polite and helpful

We were flooded on our first night and had to move rooms. This room had been flooded previously and should not have been used We were moved to another unit which was very nice but were inconvenienced Maintenance issues need to be addressed. One of the other units were without water, so not possible to shower until it was fixed.

There is potential late night noise outside from people sitting outside their property.

Stunning location with beautiful interior design - the views from the dining room were exceptional. We absolutely loved the dam at the top of the property where we could swim and enjoy the views of the valley. The staff were all so friendly and the waiting staff in the restuarant were so knowledgeable, we had such a nice time!

Spectacular location with views across fields to mountains. Stylish and luxurious Manor House restaurant and property Cottage was charming. Appreciated a real bottle of milk and bottle of bubbles in welcome pack.

Staff surly. Food overcooked in restaurant at dinner. Breakfast of scrambled egg trout and avocado was delicious though. Hairdryer had no socket to plug into. Was offered alternative without apology. New outdoor shower in courtyard looked great but controls stiff and awkward to control. Rattan on terrace table falling apart. Above sounds picky but the experience of the beautiful location and property left us feeling it was more about show of than actual guest experience of staying there.
