I was booking at 12 o clock. I waited until they confirmed the booking. After that i was driving with my car to them. The ride was 4 h. I was riding alone, mostly without net service. 1 h bevor i did get there, i get a WhatsApp notification. Unknown number, no business account. I get a lot of spam/scam so i thought, this was also one. As i scanned the message, luckily i did see the name "Esperanza". There was a lot of text and i was driving so i wrote: " I will be there in 1 h". They replied with a voice message, that they took another booking because i didn't transfer the money". It was 38 degree, i had not enough net to book another Accomodation. So i was soak from the heat, rode somewhere with enough net to book something somewhere else. No need to tell that this was way off my intended route. I was really wracked and pissed, when i finally get somewhere else. Two Suggestion: 1. Just implement the payment in the booking process. Then everything is sorted. 2. If something like this for whatever reason happens: try to help your cumstomer. According to booking.com they would have had other rooms for the night, which they could have give to me. Or arrange something else for my, so that i have a place to sleep. tldr: I booked, they confirmed, while i was driving there they cancelled my booking.

A very comfortable stay. They hosts were friendly. Thank you for allowing me to bring my little dog. They have dogs themselves, but they are very well behaved and friendly. Beautiful views, a typical farm stay, I really enjoyed it. Great value for money.

Our experience was not to the expectation of the advertisement. We were 5 couples, and although there were enough beds, there was no privacy for each couple. It was not stated in the advertisement that it is only a 3 bedroom. After experiencing bad plumbing and informing the responsible person, it took 12 hours for a reply with no action. With check out, we struggled to know the process with the key, we struggled to get hold of the person who checked us in which resulted in our experience ending with a bad memory.
