We were kindly upgraded prior to arrival, the current guests wanted to stay longer! Very comfortable bed with quality bedding. Lovely outlook across property. A very good restaurant over the road.

A spacious and modern farm house. Aesthetically pleasing with a great view and atmosphere.

Dirty water coming from taps and only one small heater was provided for a freezing 3 bedroom house, in winter. Electric blankets were the saving grace, but I cannot overlook the dirty water tank / pipes.

The KarMichael farm is such a beautiful place and lovely escape! I loved, loved the rooms, spacious and very cleanā€¦ the bathroom is also to die for. And the host? Exceptionalā€¦ first host in Underberg that went out of his way to communicate and ensure that we were okayā€¦ Iā€™d highly recommend it, canā€™t wait to visit during summer.
