appartamento completo veramente di TUTTO. CI siamo trovati davvero bene. Trovare caffè, pastiglie lavastoviglie ecc ha fatto davvero piacere. E l'appartamento è proprio bello!

Problemi con il wi-fi che comunque è risultato un pò lento e altalenante ma per il resto tutto benissimo.

The apartment looks like the pictures and is in a gorgeous area. It was also very clean. Once we figured out how to adjust the temperature, we were quite comfortable and had most of what we needed for a good stay. The wifi was not great, though likely not an issue for most people!

Overall, felt like the value for money wasn't quite there, and were a bit surprised by the stellar reviews. We may have just had an off stay, but the communication left a lot of be desired, as did the apartment's furnishings. We arrived in a huge downpour before the end of check-in and looked for a sign with our name on it, but they had forgotten to put it on the door, so we waited for 10 mins while someone responded to our call. Eventually we knocked at the right door and someone came out. We were surprised to find that only one of the two beds were made up, and when we asked for extra blanket and pillows, did not receive a response until the next day, which unfortunately meant a cold and uncomfortable night. We didn't received any communication from the host on this, but did get a text asking us to pay the tourist tax in cash by leaving cash on table at 10 PM the night before our departure, which was news to us. It would have been fine, but we didn't have small change, and our texts that night/morning to figure it out went unanswered until right before we left. We ended up figuring it out, but again, earlier communication would have made for a more seamless trip. Overall, it very much felt like we were bothering the owners and they saw this as a way to make money, but not overly interested in ensuring a good stay for guests. It was dissapoiting! Also felt that what was provided in the apartment was a bit sparse. It could do with some more basics like sugar, oil, etc. Also, beware that there's a charge for the coffee pods. A bit unusual!
