We liked everything, the scenery, the homemade breakfast, the nice staff, the house, the welcoming atmosphere.

The only difficult thing was that it's a bit hard to get to with public transportation (but not impossible!)

The property is a great location to hike in the area. The property itself is expansive.

The breakfast was simple, bread rolls with ham and cheese, and some nice jams, with filter coffee. it was fine and there was plenty to eat. The housekeeper was very welcoming and made one feel at home. She does not speak English so you need Portuguese or some Spanish to have a chat with her!

the bathroom was a bit tired and could with do updating. The shower rail needed a support as it dipped, bit annoying if you are tall! To be fair it was clean and functional but is a bit dated.

Room view was good. There were no other guests in the house, so it was quiet. Host is very nice and welcoming.

Sound insulation isn't the best between rooms and hallway.

Everything was just perfect.
