The hotel has been adapted for those guests with mobility problems to provide access throughout the ground-floor areas. 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which has been designed for wheelchair use. If you would like to reserve one of the wheelchair-accessible rooms, please contact the property to confirm its availability. The hotel does not accept American Express. Half-board rates include 2 courses. Steak is excluded. Pets are welcomed strictly upon agreement with the hotel and can only be accommodated in a limited number of pet-friendly Garden rooms. Only dogs can be accommodated as pets at the property. We no longer accept pets in our classic double or twin rooms in the main building. Please call or directly email the property in advance to confirm availability, and only bring your pet when this is confirmed via reply. Please note a fee of GBP 10 per pet per night will be charged. One dog per booking unless agreed with the manager in advance. Check-ins after 22:00 cannot be accommodated. Please note that visitors are not allowed and all residents need to be registered. Please note that roadwork is going on nearby from 07/10/2024 to 08/11/2024. There may be minor disruptions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great location, lovely hotel and surroundings, but underwhelming breakfast"

Room was a lovely spacious room. Bathroom good size, bath a bonus. Plenty of hot water. Fabulous views from bedroom windows. Limited noise considering proximity to very busy road. Plenty of parking. Cosy and comfy surroundings in communal areas. Ideal location for visiting Broads National Park.

Unfortunately, faulty radiator in bedroom lead to us being roasted! Lacklustre breakfast. Cheap ingredients such as the kipper, the bread. Would have been happy to pay more for better quality breakfast.

"Our stay"

Staff very friendly. Comfortable bed and had a good nights sleep. Tea and coffee supplied and we were allowed to take hot chocolate back to our room. Dinner in restaurant and breakfast in the Garden Room was lovely, good quality ingredients and cooked well. Shame the full English was a bit small, more options to add extras would of made it perfect.

Only 1 bath sheet supplied and only a single bath towel in the cupboard. No hand towels supplied. Room was very cold when we arrived and took a while to warm up once we worked out how to turn the heating up.

Staff were really lovely, helpful, friendly. Made the stay even better.
