以前から利用してしましたが、今回からウェルカムドリンクが導入されたそうです。子供用と大人用のコインを渡れさて、敷地内の自動販売機から好きなものをもらえるというシステムです。もちろんこの自動販売機は普通に変えるものですが、ウェルカムドリンクはお酒からも選べますので、とても嬉しいおもてなしです。

設備面で致し方ないのですが、シャワーしかないのでお風呂に入りたい人は日帰り温泉に入るしかないですね。チェックインする前に日帰り温泉にしき、その後にチェックインするという流れになります。バーベキューとかすると汗を書くので、食事後に部屋のシャワーで汗を流しました。

The facility exceeded our expectations. Considering that it was glamping, it was very luxurious and clean. It was like a hotel room. It was very close to many shops and the Lake Kawaguchiko. We used the BBQ and they were very prepared and even though, it was rainy, we could enjoy it.

When I booked the room, the website indicated that my 13-year-old daughter could stay free of charge, so I made the booking accordingly. However, upon arrival, we were informed that 13-year-olds are charged the adult rate, and we were asked to pay an additional fee on site. It would be helpful if this policy were stated more clearly during the booking process.
