"Great place to get away."

Remote and hidden away, as the name implies. The unit is small, compact, with everything we needed plus an amazing shower. It is ideal for a getaway, with peaceful views, but pretty far from town.

Access roads as we came during a major rain storm.

This is my third time staying here. I always stay in Ruru cottage which has a beautiful outlook onto the bush. The cottage is extremely comfortable with everything you need. Listening to the birds is so peaceful. Great shared BBQ area

The property was perfect in every way except the bathroom of my room had a door (that leads to the back deck) that didn’t have a blind or was tinted one way for privacy. You can see outside during the day but at night it was dark, anyone outside could see in while you were showering etc.
