the room was smelly... That's only bad thing, but really bad - toilet smell was strong everywhere

The fact that we only stayed for a one night.

The hotel is located right next to the railway lane and a trains a bit loud even with room door closed. The bedroom was on the ground floor, and there was no window to open for a fresh air, but it not secure to sleep with door open as hotel staff just walked in to another quest bedroom while we been standing right next to it. There is an air conditioning unit that surprisingly did not work. There is a kitchen that all quests can use, but don't be surprised if it is locked in the morning and you will not be able to get your food from the fridge. The owner lady was quite rude and disrespectful during conversation. Car park isn't secure as gates never close. Advertising said there is a double bed and a sofa, but there were two single beds and a sofa, plus mosquitos and spiders in their webs. There is no TV in the room, there are no facilities to make a coffee or tea. Bed sheets are too short, as you can see in the pics. P.S. the building is built for events and barely meets hotel standards.
