La disponibilità di Andrea che ci ha aiutato a conoscere il territorio ed è stato molto accogliente. Belli il giardino, gli spazi perfetti per le nostre 2 famiglie, la storicità dell' edificio.

Il soggiorno presso Casa di Nonna Nuccia è stato un'esperienza indimenticabile. La struttura è una casa di campagna all'interno di una vasta proprietà. La casa è molto spaziosa ed è perfettamente attrezzata. È molto accogliente e trasmette il calore di un'antica redidenza di campagna. Gli spazi esterni sono ampi, estremamente godibili e offrono una splendida vista. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, Andrea, il nostro host, ci ha accolto con calore e gentilezza, illustrandoci la casa e la sua storia, nonostante fosse tardi e lui avesse altri impegni. Nei giorni seguenti ci ha guidato in un viaggio alla scoperta dei tesori nascosti del territorio, suggerendoci luoghi incantevoli da visitare e accompagnandoci a conoscere artigiani locali che creano opere d’arte straordinarie e vini di pregio. Andrea si è anche reso disponibile come dog sitter, permettendoci di visitare le meravigliose grotte di Frasassi dove non saremmo potuti entrare con il nostro cane. Casa di Nonna Nuccia non è solo un luogo dove pernottare, ma un’esperienza che ci ha toccato profondamente. Lo raccomandiamo con tutto il cuore a chiunque desideri vivere un soggiorno autentico e ricco di calore umano.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the house has a wide and comfortable garden offering both shade and sunshine at any time of the day. The house is located on a slope in a small valley with very few other houses. Although it's secluded, there is easy access to shops and restaurants in Fabriano, about 10 minutes by car. The ancient atmosphere of the place is kept perfectly. All rooms have beautiful antique matching furniture. The house has very heavy walls and small windows, which ensures that it's always cool in summer. Andrea, the owner came around almost every day to check whether everything was OK, and to provide us with helpful advice.

The house has only one bathroom, which also has the only toilet. When sharing the house with 6 adults, the morning rituals may take some time ;-) The bed in the 3rd bedroom was not as comfortable as the other beds. As a result of the small windows (which keep out the summer heat), the house is a bit dark inside. However, this matches its 16th century origin and atmosphere.
