"Casa muy amplia, completamente equipada, cómoda y con un anfitrión muy atento."

La amplitud y los servicios de la casa en general, la comodidad del baño en cada habitación, el parking de coches dentro. En general es una casa MUY CÓMODA para organizarte el día a día. El trato de José, muy servicial y atento en todo momento, solucionando cualquier asunto. La ubicación en una zona de la isla donde no azota el calor de la parte sur. Accesible a la autopista en pocos minutos. Supermercados cerca para la compra.

Si bien no la utilizamos mucho, la limpieza de la zona exterior necesita un repaso: podado de plantas, zona de recreo, parrillas de la barbacoa. No obstante, en la isla nos dedicamos más a hacer turismo que a estar en casa.

La falta de intimidad, el dueño entra y sale de la parcela sin previo aviso, el olor a rancio de la casa ya que está decorada con muebles antiguos y no está bien conservada.
