I liked everything about the place it's a nice place to visit

The swimming pool was not clean and seems old

Aircon did't work in one room

The owner was very friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our stay, I will be coming back with my family.

Wow es war so cool, in dem Baumhaus zu wohnen. Wir konnten von der Terrasse aus Gnus, Kudus und Warzenschweine beobachten. Es war alles da, was man benötigt und der Check in war unkompliziert.

Leider war das Wasser in der Dusche nur ca. 10 Sekunden warm.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious Attention Unfortunately, our experience at this place was far from pleasant. There was no hot water throughout our stay, which made things very uncomfortable. The cleanliness was below acceptable standards — the place was not properly cleaned, and we encountered cockroaches in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor light at the braai area was not working, making it difficult to enjoy the space in the evening. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, lacking basic utensils and appliances needed for self-catering. Overall, the property is in need of a thorough cleaning and a general facelift. With some proper maintenance and attention to detail, it could be a decent stay — but as it stands, I would not recommend it.

I need management. The place was horrable dirty and they sent us to bush baby. We were unable to climb that steps and there were ticks bited us

Nothing to like and I need my money back

It's a self-catering apartment which does not cater for meals. We were given all information about closest eating restaurant which we utilised and were happy. The location was perfect; the kids were able to see animals and took pictures while making sure we were safe and respecting their freedom.

Please do consider a pest control especially the ants. Otherwise, we tolerated them because of the value for money. It's a suggestion that she must also have a set of all items needed for self-catering for example have an inventory list of cups saucers, cutlery, trays, pots etc. This will make sure we also sign before and after for inventory control. We needed trays for braiing outside but there was not any. This is not a complain but a suggestion because the value for money was met.

It was a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed ourselves 😊

Exterior was not clean, unclean water in the pool causing mosquitoes.. we were in Zebra heaven instead of Marloth heaven.
