Country Diamond

It is what the name suggests - a diamond in the countryside. It is a great house in the beautiful Iowa countryside hosted by a nice lady. It is ideal for EV drivers. I originally tried to book a nearby hotel with EV chargers but they were fully booked, so I booked this highly-rated place not far from a level 3 charging station in downtown Sydney. To my happy surprise, Lona allowed me to use an RV site to charge my car. It has a 240V outlet, so you can get level 2 charging (you can get 25 miles/hr). You need to bring your own charging kit (it is a good idea to bring your charging kit on a road trip anyway). It saved me from an early morning trip to Sydney to use the level 3 charger. This was particularly useful for my trip with a very tight time budget. I will stay in the same place again when I return to the area to explore Iowa in a much more relaxed manner.

A beautiful home and property in a quiet location. A clean room with all the comforts of home. Friendly host that greeted us, made us feel welcome and pointed out a spot to get a view of the sunset.
