Hever Castle Luxury Bed and Breakfast

The room was absolutely lovely very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast - well breakfast was in the castle great hall, what an atmosphere, exceptional. We also loved the fact that after the castle was closed we could still wander around the grounds without the hordes of visitors. Brilliant.

We liked everything, there was nothing that we didn't like and enjoy.

Wonderful experience! Wish to come there again, as we'd like to enjoy the gardens again.

That we could only stay for 1 night.....

Hever Castle looks beautiful in June with all the roses and water lilies out and the Astor wing felt suitably historic. We loved the styling/decor inside especially the new bar and the terrace is so pretty. Our dark wood panelled room with Edwardian furniture looked out onto the garden, and we had a spacious wet room style shower which was great, and the beds were really comfy. I’d ordered a bouquet and fizz through reception for my daughter’s birthday and they were in the room with a lovely card from the staff - nice touch! We enjoyed drinks after eating dinner at the local Henry VIII pub and enjoyed a cooked breakfast the next morning. All in all superb and wished we’d booked 2 nights so we could have enjoyed having the gardens to ourselves in the evenings a bit longer. Another visit is in order methinks!!
