A Lagosta Perdida

This is an amazing little place, for some down time. We were met by Eugene who gave us access to a very large secure garage and then showed us to our very spacious room. We were introduced to Robert later that evening, where we enjoyed an absolutely delightful 3 course meal. The pool/scenery was also very enjoyable. The whole experience was superb and if we ever find ourselves in that area again, we will definitely be revisiting.... loved it!

O espaço é fantástico e o Robert é um anfitrião espectacular.

Very welcoming hosts. The house is very cozy and homey. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Ótimo espaço, acolhedor, limpo e agradável num ambiente de pura natureza. O quarto muito confortável. A simpatia do anfitrião é única e as refeições são otimas e caseiras. Vale muito a pena!

Sopa maravilhosa, comida caseira claramente, o arroz de Pato podia estar melhor, mais seco e com cobertura de queijo, e devia haver outra oção para quem não gosta. Pequeno almoço com otimo café, torradas excelentes, mas podia ter mais variedade, ex ovos mexidos.

Local muito bonito e sossegado, simpatia do anfitrião, refeições caseiras muito boas, limpeza do espaço.

Poucas opções ou sua quase ausência na escolha das refeições, apesar da comida ser excelente. Quem tenha restrições alimentares deverá avisar previamente e acredito que o Sr Robert irá resolver o problema.

From the moment we arrived Robert, the owner, could not have been more hospitable. He welcomed us into his beautiful house and garden and we felt truly at home.. Our bedroom was large and comfortable. Our days started with a delicious breakfast, then time by the swimming pool, exploring the pretty village and rounded off with supper served either on the terrace or in the sociable atmosphere of the dining room. We hope to return to this idyllic spot in the Montesinho national park - a very convenient 4 hour drive from the ferry at Santander.
