Dont really do reviews but this place deserves one. Thoroughly recommend if any one is looking to stay and explore any of the surrounding area. Place was spotless and quiet and easily accessible. One of the best breakfast I've ever had and I've had a few. Nothing was to much trouble for the host. All you had to do was ask. Will be going back again.

The service and hospitality.

We had an easy access room, because I had a broken ankle and in fairness I couldn’t pick anything wrong at all. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, it’s a lovely setting, the bathroom area was great, with easy access shower. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The hosts provided tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc and even rung the local pub to book us a table for an evening meal. We will return to Pwllgwilym, it’s a good little find.

If anything my only complaint would be the basin was a bit low and I banged my head on the tap when bending over, brushing my teeth 😂 But that’s obviously not a bad reflection on the property.

Yet another wonderful stay at Pwllgwilym! Richard & Jane are super hosts, so lovely, kind and friendly, they really do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect! Lovely, warm spacious rooms, spotlessly clean and so comfortable! Super breakfast served in your room! Lovely location and views! Our 3rd stay here - speaks for itself!
