De kamer onder dak was klein onder puntdak en had een toilet in de kamer, behoeft aanpassing

Set amidst rolling hills, the estate enjoys a wonderfully peaceful location, yet remains conveniently close to the heart of the winelands - just a ten-minute drive from Stellenbosch.

Lovely gardens and decor

Notre séjour au Weltevreden Estate a été tout simplement merveilleux. La chambre était pleine de charme et nous nous y sommes sentis immédiatement comme chez nous. Nous y avons passé une nuit et avons profité du dîner, de la dégustation de vins et du petit-déjeuner sur place — trois moments délicieux dont nous gardons un excellent souvenir. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

We had a fantastic stay at Weltevrede Wine Estate. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the poetry and art throughout the farm add a truly magical touch. It’s the perfect place to unwind, whether you’re exploring the property or relaxing with a glass of wine. The main house is beautiful, and the level of security made us feel completely safe throughout our stay

Our unit didn’t have a little stoep or balcony. It wasn’t advertised as having one, so that was on us, but we only realised once we arrived. It’s definitely worth booking a unit with a balcony ,especially with the beautiful tree view from the other loft.
