Alexandra was welcoming and providing a wonderful welcoming package of snacks. Excellent information available about the home and surroundings available electronically. Home was immaculate and very well expuiped.

Communication with Alexandra was poor once we were checked in and she departed. Responses to inquiries both by phone and text messaging were days late and less than helpful
