El sitio es precioso y la experiencia merece la pena. En nuestro caso tuvimos un problema serio con la caldera y no pudimos disponer de agua caliente ni el uso de la bañera. De ahí la valoración que hacemos. Es el 50% de la estancia y no pudimos disfrutar de ello. Una lástima. Tampoco pudimos contactar con la gerencia en fin de semana, cosa que nos incomodó porque cuando hay una situación grave, esperas poder contactar con quien lo gestiona y no con un trabajador que hizo todo lo que estuvo en sus manos para ayudarnos.

Lo comentado anteriormente. Aunque el sitio es precioso, no poder ni tan solo darnos una ducha rápida con agua caliente nos supuso una incomodidad grave.
