Hortas de Baixo, Luz de Tavira

We stayed in the studio part of this farm house. It is a very unique and lovely space (with air conditioning which was a big surprise for us!). The house complex and the pool is amazing, facilities are great and the owners George and Maria were very friendly (and we loved Leia their dog)!!! George gave us a tour of the main house which is astonishing with many unique original features. The pool was clean and really nice. There are bbq facilities and George gave us some coal to use for free. Perfect getaway if you’re looking to be in the countryside and explore the area! Thanks for making our stay special.

Nothing everything was great. It might be worth bringing your own pool/ swim towels as the ones provided are white. But they kindly gave fresh towels half way through the trip.

La présence des proprietaires qui en soit sont adorables mais le weekend famille/ travaux alors que vous êtes en location pour vous reposer, j ai trouvé ça irrespectueux. Se retrouver avec 7, 8 personnes à moins de 10 mètres devant chez vous avec les chiens dans la cours ( qui ce ci-dit sont interdits pour les locataires), vous n’ osez pas profiter ni de la piscine, ni de votre terrasse donc nous sommes sentis dans l obligation de nous absenter durant ces 2 jours et de ne rentrer que pour y dormir. Lit double vraiment trop petit

O Hortas de Baixo proporcionou-nos dias em família fabulosos. Gostámos especialmente do espaço exterior e da comunhão com a natureza que proporciona. A casa com um quarto dispunha de todas as comodidades necessárias para a estadia com um bebé.

Localização e ambiente,..

Do sossego e tranquilidade do jardim com boas sombraa, rodeado por laranjais, do conjunto piscina e caramachao, da fachada palladiana da casa principal e das figuras esculpidas em pedra, da cozinha generosamente equipada, da distribuição dos quartos..

Os Ubers tem dificuldade em encintrar o sitio..

Nice spacious place with a nice swimming pool. Barbecue area was also very pleasant. Nice isolated area around orange trees.

Outdated furniture, there was only one double bed available in the house. Other beds were single beds to make double beds.

Woah. All was perfect. From the communication via phone to the last day in person. Big house, clean, kitchen totally equipped, big rooms, beautiful scenery all around, great energy from the trees and nature, swimming pool big enough even tjou I didn't swim cos it was chilli for that. The owner Sr. George and the the Organizer Sr. Antonio could not be more friendly and homely. Always available for any question and such humble ppl. Would and will go back for sure. We were a group of 8 and everyone loved it.

Pool could be covered as it got lots of leaves and insects in. Nothing major but could make a difference
