L’agriturismo si trova a 5 minuti di macchina da Ciutadella, immerso nella pace. Camera confortevole e cucina con possibilità di avere il proprio spazio nel frigo e nella dispensa. A disposizione zona piscina con tutti i comfort. Ambiente molto pulito.

We loved the communal kitchen! Everything was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! The location is perfect, very close to Ciutadella. Also very close to amazing beaches, such as Cala en Brut (Our favourite and a MUST SEE when in Menorca). The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. Honestly, this accomodation has exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend!

The staff, Natasha was sweet and helpful. Location is great, 5 mins away from the citadel and the grounds are beautiful - horses and cows around. Would definitely return.

Host friendly and helpful. She greeted us when we arrived off the ferry and allowed us to check in early. We were also allowed to have a late check out which we appreciated due to the extreme heat and l had injured myself tripping and falling flat on my face at the Ferry Terminal in Alcudia.It was also a fabulous location and l loved Leo the dog.

We travel frequently, and my partner and I value leaving honest and objective reviews. Overall, we had a good experience at Agroturismo Son Rosas. It’s located in a quiet area, with an authentic rustic style, and is not directly by the sea but offers a strategic location for exploring the entire island. The rooms are part of a single-story, renovated historic building with shared adjacent spaces. As a result, you will hear all the noises from the shared kitchen, where people might be having breakfast, lunch, or dinner at different times. This can be a plus for meeting new people, but it might be a drawback for those seeking complete relaxation. Pros: • Beautifully restored architecture, faithful to the island’s traditional style. • Very clean, with frequent cleaning shifts ensuring shared areas are always spotless and well-stocked. • Equipped with amenities like air conditioning and ample parking at the entrance. • Strategically located inland, making it easy to explore the island. • Pleasant natural surroundings with outdoor animals. • Quick and instant communication with host Natasha.

• No sea view. • A car is necessary for any trip, even to visit the nearby town. • Due to the adjacent rooms and the large shared kitchen area, and because the wooden doors are thin and poorly soundproofed, you will hear any noise from guests using the kitchen. • Our first night was in a room next to the kitchen. After a night interrupted by late-night dinners and early breakfasts at 6 AM, we asked Natasha if we could move to a room further from the kitchen. Natasha seemed very irritated and annoyed by our request, creating a tense atmosphere in the following days. If the room had been priced at €40-€50 per night, we would have understood the compromise, but for a property charging €150 or more per night, this was unacceptable. The experience was more akin to staying in a shared hostel than in a relaxing retreat. Natasha did eventually find us a room on the same floor, further away, which allowed us to continue our stay in a better manner. However, we were disappointed by her irritated attitude, which inevitably affected our perception and experience of the location. • The pillows were very low and of poor quality, not aligned with the overall standard of the property. Considering how essential good pillows are for quality sleep, this was a significant drawback. They were basic, budget pillows that did not match the rest of the accommodations. We strongly recommend that the host consider that such requests are entirely normal in hospitality, especially when the price point is not that of a hostel but the experience with shared places is similar. We recommend this property to groups of friends or to those planning a shorter stay with multiple stops around the island.
