Modern, comfortable space with everything we needed for a few days. The bed was great and we particularly liked how dark we could make the bedroom for a good night's sleep. The hot tub was great!

The property was great, no suggestions for improvement to the property itself. I just wish the big arundo plants on the other side of the road could be trimmed down so the view of the sea would be better. It was still beautiful, though.

This apartment in a charming old building offers a delightful blend of character and modern comfort. It features a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely veranda perfect for relaxing. The shared pool area adds a great space for leisure and socializing with neighbors.

This apartment is a peaceful, rural retreat that's a bit remote, so a car is necessary, and although the Wi-Fi didn't work properly, using the neighbor's connection was no problem.

We enjoyed our stay at the Old Tea Factory. We stayed for 7 days with 2 adults and 1 child. The house was clean and organised. It’s located in a small (calm) village near the sea. Every night you can watch the sunset from your balcony or by the pool, simply breathtaking. You can start walking towards the mountains just by leaving the house using a calm road. The road next to the house also doesn’t have alot of traffic. We saw the locals walk there every night towards the viewpoint. We could recommend this to anyone!

Stunning property - beautiful views over the sea in a quiet part of the island. Immaculately clean throughout, well equipped kitchen, great pool area. The middle house is huge - lots of space and very comfortable! Cannot recommend highly enough.

The place was just amazing. Enough space, clean, well equipped, great shower but mostly the pool and the view are incredible. Also the entire apartment has air conditioning. In the morning, you also get a bread which is a nice touch.

with regards to the place, maybe some mosquito windows would have been great so you can open a window at night. Another drawback is that you can hear the other apartment as well, so if people run on the stairs or drag suitcases in their rooms, you will hear it. Not so nice, if they have an early flight to catch and you are still sleeping. It makes quite a bit of noise.

Just perfect, so beatiful place for holiday.

Lovely facilities and gorgeous location. Very private for all members of our group. Would recommend for groups that like to travel!

The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. We loved the sun pouring in through the big windows and how bright it was inside the main living area. The pool was lovely and the little private patio a nice place to enjoy a meal or glass of wine. The location was great for exploring the NE part of Sao Miguel. The host responded to questions in a timely manner.

Antiga Fábrica de Chá is a very charming and tastefully furnished apartment. Check-in was easy, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Parking is provided for guests. The property is very well equipped (i.e. iron, washing machine, dishwasher). It is also in an excellent location if you want to discover the northeast part of the island.
