La maison est sublime, le lieu pour prendre les repas, au milieu des palmiers, juste sublime ! Situation idéale, à 10’ de Platja de Muro, l’une des plus belles plages de l’île

"Le séjour a été plutôt bon malgré les désagréments de la chambre."

La tranquillité des lieux, le cadre et les jardins très agréables pour le petit déjeuner, ainsi que pour le dîner, la piscine. L'accueil et le personnel.

La literie n'était pas très confortable, le climatisation et le frigo était très bruyants, on a dû les éteindre pour dormir.

A la zona de la piscina s'hi estava molt bé.

L'esmorzar no era tan variat com esperàvem i el dinar va ser un poc car pel que vàrem menjar.

Hotel muy tranquilo y familiar. Buen desayuno, habitación correcta, algo antiguas en cuanto a decoración y diseño pero confortables.

A la llegada la persona encargada de la recepción no sabía hablar español y muy poco inglés, tuvimos que esperar a que estuviera otra persona de recepción para poder hablar español y realizar el check-in correctamente.

"Calm and nice stay close to Playa de Muro"

Very nice Finca with helpful and multilingual staff. Very good breakfast options and lovely garden. Big pool with enough space to stay during the day. Surroundings are quiet and calm.

Prices in Mallorca really went up over the last years, Son Serra is no exception. Expect to see and hear many Germans guests, as the place seems popular among them. Walls are thin.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Lage ist gut, sehr ruhig.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovation. Die Betten sind extrem unbequem und man hat die Federn im Rücken. Schlechte Beleuchtung.

Das Frühstück war phänomenal. Die Zimmer waren schön aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal herkommen.

Wir waren einmal beim Abendessen und fanden die Preise angesichts der kleinen Portionen schon viel zu hoch.
