Casa Rural La Casa Baja

The house was nice, authentic Spanish style, but please be aware, that house is from stones and therefore is cold inside in spring, maybe it is good in hot summer days. Unfortunately, there are few windows and almost no daylight enters the apartment. In general, I can recommend it as a good place for a peaceful rest if you plan to go hiking. There are many beautiful places around.

Everything was Perfect we loved it

There is on street parking nearby. The house is a classic probably over a 100 years old, made of local volcanic stone blocks with beautiful wooden features, 50 yards from a shop and hundred yards from the city centre. Very conveniently situated for setting off on the La Fortaleza circular route. A spacious apartment for two people, a very comfortable day bed when you return, and a nice yard where you can sit outside (no view), and enjoy the pure fresh air and sunshine.

We love the house, it was super clean and all the facilities where there. The house is really beautiful and in a great location. It is up in the mountains what we loved. It is in a town Sant Lucia with all facilities (bakery, restaurants and super market nearby 2min walk). This location is perfect to start exploring around in the mountains, but it is not close to the sea (40 min drive).

It only has small outdoor area where not really the sun is coming. We were missing little bit of a view and outdoor area to use and sit down.
