The concept was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and other facilities kept our kids busy and they enjoyed being there.

Bathroom, shower tray was too small, It was impossible to move around; every time we took a shower, everything got soaked. There was no soap, so we bought some ourselves, cooker hood was broken. It was listed as there is WiFi, HOWEVER, it is only available in the lobby area. Mobile network was also suffering in the area, especially on the cloudy days. When we arrived which was around 4pm, the room was supposed to be clean however it wasn’t, the areas underneath beds were dusty.

Location bucolica, silenziosa e isolata. Personale disponibile e gentile. Piacevole la piscina e lo spazio a disposizione. Appartamento ben disposto Tutto sommato guadagna la sufficienza ma avrebbe le potenzialità per fare una figura decisamente migliore.

Appartamento pieno di mancanze all’arrivo. Il check prima di consegnarlo dovrebbe essere più meticoloso. Zanzariere malfunzionanti, alcune rotte, non utilizzabili. Troppo speculativo con gli ospiti far pagare il cappuccino 3€. Come speculativo abbiamo trovato il chiedere 10 € a notte per la culla. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è ottimale.

Posizione un po fuori il centro di Caorle ma a pochi kilometri dalle spiagge e dal centro, bellissima location per chi cerca tranquillità, circondata dalla verde campagna veneta, buona colazione ben assortita,dolce e salata.Siamo stati molto bene anche se per una sola notte, ci torneremo molto volentieri.

Location immersa nella natura, camere e zone comuni curate. Biciclette a libero uso degli ospiti. 2 piscine esterne, stendibiancheria per asciugamani da spiaggia. Staff disponibile, colazione abbondante e davvero buona. Posizione yop: noi abbiamo raggiunto in bici Porto Santa Margherita tramite ciclabile per andare a cenare.

La TV i camera non funzionava e volevo vedere l'arrivo dell'ultima tappa del Giro d'Italia.
