Het domein is zeer mooi, relax en stille locatie. verzorgd ontbijt. Een pluspunt zou de mogelijkheid zijn om iets te drinken aan een bar of terras met bediening. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die ons tips gaf om uitstappen te doen naar mooie en typische dorpen alsook tips voor restaurants in de buurt.

"Sereen , prachtig, heerlijk"

Een werkelijk prachtige villa op een prachtige plek. Groot zwembad; 17 minuten rijden naar Macerata ( ideaal als je de opera wilt bezoeken), Treia of Tolentino. Erg aardige gastvrouw die incheck en uitcheck regelt

Het zou helemaal perfect zijn als er ook de mogelijkheid zou zijn te lunchen en te dineren in de villa. Nu moet je daarvoor op pad.

La posizione della villa, rialzata rispetto i paesi limitrofi, è eccezionale con la vista su Macerata. Facilmente accessibile da Civitanova Marche in circa 30 minuti. Colazione ottima, abbondante e completa; servita in una sala antica stupenda. Una particolare segnalazione per tutto il personale e per i coniugi (e famiglia) che gestiscono con cura e passione l'intera struttura.

Confesso di non avere trovato mancanze o difetti.

Het prachtige gebouw, de ligging en de rust.

Toch jammer dat er geen restaurant aanwezig is. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat klanten dit vervelend vinden. Je moet toch ergens anders heen met de auto. Wij hebben echter voortreffelijk gegeten in Macerata ongeveer 10 km hier vandaan.

"Lovely country stay"

Property is beautiful with lovely surroundings. Pool is big and is has a nice longer area. Rooms are big

Definitely need to rent a car as it is far from center and no transport. AC didn’t work for 1 of the nights and it was a very uncomfortable sleep but this was fixed next day. Breakfast could be a improved a bit as only small plates of food were brought out
