Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Passiflora Lodge. René und sein gesamtes Team sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Lodge selbst ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Alles war sauber, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen in der Natur. Das Team war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Vielen Dank an René und das ganze Team für die tolle Zeit – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Passiflora Lodge absolut empfehlen.

Posto incantato, a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Puerto Maldonado ma completamente immerso nella natura. Personale disponibile e incredibile, ci hanno spiegato tantissime cose sulle piante e sugli animali della foresta. La camera era semplice ma piacevole. La parte più bella però è la struttura principale dove si pranzava, completamente circondata dalla natura: fare colazione con le scimmiette che intorno giocano e fanno le loro casette è impagabile. Cene anche loro semplici ma squisite!

Non c'è niente che non mi è piaciuto! Forse la colazione potrebbe e essere più varia.

Die Flexibilität des Personals auf unsere individuellen Wünsche( Parkplatz, früheres Frühstück, Organisation von Taxifahrten) hat uns besonders gut gefallen

The hotel is absolutely nothing like it appears in the photos; the sinks were broken, there was mold in the bathroom, and—most importantly—there were bedbugs. I went to sleep at night, and when I woke up in the morning, I was covered in bites. When I reported this to the hotel management, they denied that any such issue existed, but they did offer to change my room. Unfortunately, the new room also had bedbugs. The breakfast was very poor; we went there expecting a 3-star hotel, but it was merely at the level of a hostel. I am requesting a refund.

Bedbugs and dirty. The hotel management’s approach was unfriendly and justified.

Every single member of the staff was very friendly. Lunches and dinners were good quality/price.

Breakfast offer is very limited (eggs and bread) and repetitive. There is no outdoor spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden. Hot water in the shower was very limited (flow was too limited to wash women hair).
