Posizione eccellente a poca distanza dal centro ma tranquilla e rilassante con le pecore che ci hanno accompagnato nel sonno.Atmosfera rurale ma elegante, John e Sue sono stati accoglienti e simpatici. Camera comoda con bagno al piano in uso esclusivo, semplice ma efficiente. La colazione è stata eccellente, ben cucinata e ben servita.

Dopo una giornata eccezionalmente calda la stanza era molto calda!! Avrebbe fatto comodo un ventilatore!

The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We enjoyed talking to them and learning about the history of the farm. We also enjoyed the public footpaths nearby.

This property was one of the most charming Bed & Breakfasts I’ve ever stayed at. It is part of a very tranquil and picturesque area. The long driveway to the property was surrounded by trees and sheep, which I found very appealing. The house had age, charm and beauty. There were large wooden beams running along the ceiling, and a pretty and quaint little library, near to my bedroom, where you could sit and read not only the books available, but also the leaflets on the area’s attractions in and around Stratford Upon Avon. Breakfast was superb. Very friendly host. Outside my bedroom window was a beautiful tree-lined field with sheep. Very peaceful.

To be honest, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property. The only thing that wasn’t absolutely ideal was that the bathroom (although it wasn’t a shared bathroom) was not ‘en suite’. It was a short distance along the corridor from the bedroom. Everything else was marvellous! For some people, the distance from the actual town of Stratford Upon Avon, could have been a minus, but for me, it wasn’t a problem. It was just a short trip in the car to the town.

Lovely, peaceful setting with super friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, serviced daily.
