The breakfast was good quality and plentiful. The hosts tailored it to our requirements. The room was clean and had everything we needed. In a quite location with a fabulous view. The location was ideal for Warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon.

"Lovely traditional B&B near Stratford"

Beautiful location and house. Very well kept property and bedroom. Super full english breakfast overlooking such well kept gardens. Very close to Stratford and nearby wedding venues, which John was very kind to drop us to instead of a taxi! Thank you so much John and Sue.

"Welcoming farmhouse in lovely setting."

Good signs on the main road to help locate the entrance drive. Easy parking and a warm welcome from hosts Sue and John. Beautiful setting in rolling countryside. Breakfast was excellent and relaxed in the breakfast room looking over the field and watching the lambs. Looking forward to returning for another visit int he future. Very convenient for driving into town to go to the theatre.

Good location, very close to Stratford upon Avon, quiet, comfortable, friendly, ample parking. We would go back if in the area again. We were upgraded from the twin to the family room which was lovely. A big room, loads of space. Good breakfast, not greasy.
