Todo muy bien , no tenemos queja de nada y el hombre que nos atendió es muy amable y atento.

Cozy, comfortable and clean.

Carlos provided timely and useful advice/information on how to get to the property. The place was clean and the facilities were just what we needed.

Good location, although we didn't use the fireplace it's nice, especially for longer stays.

The apartment was spacious.

Apartment was not cozy, the bathroom was very poorly lit (in the shower it was quite dark), the bedroom also had poor lighting and was in general off-putting, did not enjoy sleeping there. We also had a big issue with trying to turn on warm water. The owner was trying to explain how to lit up the boiler, so we could have warm water to shower, she sent videos to me via whatsapp, we understood, even though her english was not really good. However, for that we needed matches and she didn't leave any in the house - the match box was empty upon checking. When we checked that it was too late for us to go to a store and buy any, as the stores were already closed. The owner also couldn't come and help us out. The "pilot button" or whatever it is called didn't work and we spent more than an hour trying to get it to ignite to turn on the boiler (at last we succeeded). So we went to sleep much later than we wanted to and had a lot of stress dealing with such a simple thing as trying to get some hot water in the house! In the morning we still had to run to the store and buy matches (which they only sold in big blocks of 300) in order to boil some water for the tea. We left the matches for the owner and it would have been nice if she offered to reimburse us for them, but she didn't. It was the most frustrating stay we ever had anywhere. The owner was nice enough and was chatting with me all evening, trying to explain what to do, but the language barrier and the time it took to solve the issue really made us quite upset.
