The host doesn't speak English, and there are no restaurants or grocery stores in Sasca Montana, you have to go to Sasca Romana( 20-25min walk and no street lights on the road) to the closest grocery store. They have limited options but you won't be hungry - RON or credit card only. The accommodation is super nice and clean but the road there is terrible - bumpy and full of holes. I would recommend it, just think ahead - buy food in advance ( the accommodation has a great kitchen + fridge in the room) and don't be in a hurry, holes will slow you down a lot.

Clean, quiet, friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Located nicely for a quick walk to Sasca Romana and all the trails that start from there. Very good value for money.
