Lairds Lodge Country Estate

Location and service were good. Beautiful setting. Breakfast was delicious.

Dinner. We were not expecting a set menu, which was overpriced with underwhelming food. The options on the a la carte menu were limited (only three).

This is a beautiful lodge, with beautiful staff and beautiful food. The first course for breakfast - you never know what delicious treat will be served there. Dinner is also in top notch class. The lodge and rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

There was virtually no wifi-signal in the room. And the big pot holes in the short strech of dirt road leading to the lodge could do with a fill up.

Just fabulous! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was all delicious - highly recommend dinner on site. The swimming pools were lovely to cool off in after a day exploring the beautiful surroundings. The room was spacious and comfortable. It couldn’t have been a better stay.

Just be aware you need a car.

Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and good choice.

Nothing would rate as a negative

Our best stay along the Garden Route. Amazing country lodge off the beaten track. Staff were beyond wonderful and kind. We were greeted with sparkling wine, given a tour of the beautiful lodge, fed sumptuously. Beautiful bar. Book their dinner in advance, it's worth it.

Nothing could have been done better, it was all great. But a recommendation to make sure you book their dinner. The lodge is out in the country and there aren't many choices for dinner nearby. But luckily their dinner is so amazing you won't want to go elsewhere.

Amaxzing venue and facilities. Staff were 5 star too!!
