A szállás felszereltsége,tisztasága kiváló,mindenünk megvolt,ami a kényelmünket szolgálta. A házigazda rugalmas,bármikor elérhető,személyes találkozó nélkül is működik a kommunikáció. Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom!

Hibátlan volt minden!

La casa en general está muy bien para lo que nosotros queríamos que era simplemente pernoctar. Nos faltaron algunos artículos de cocina, como tostadora y horno pero en general bien.

El acceso a la casa era horrible, había una cuesta muy pronunciada de cemento para subir a la casa en dos tramos. No es aconsejable para personas con poca destreza o coches con poca potencia. Si el coche tiene poca potencia No sube. Se nos avisó dos días antes de la llegada( las indicaciones fueron muy buenas por parte del propietario), pero el aviso me pareció un poco tarde ya que ya no se podía cancelar.

Très propre. L’équipement dans l’appartement était bien.

Nous saurions aimé pouvoir avoir accès à une laveuse. Pour accéder au logement, il fallait monter un chemin très abrupte et étroite.

La ubicación. La limpieza de la casa. Las vistas son muy bonitas.

The property is very nice, clean and spacious. Facilities have been well maintained. Great view. Perfect for family vacation. The contact person was very helpful replying any questions regarding the stay.

The road (80 m) that takes main road to the property is very steep, 2 cars cannot pass. Need to be very careful especially when going up.

Limited hot water capacity for family Couple of chairs in the bedrooms and simple sound-proof materials on the doors would add more comfort

View from the house it is nice but it isn't worth , considering the rest of experience.

Access to the house it is very difficult and dangerous : a steep hill (35% maybe 40%) a with 2 turning points. 4x4 vehicle needed to acces the property in a safe way. The owner doesn't say anything about this. The house has no heating system working and if you stay in "winter" period (November to February when temperature over night it is around 10°C - 12°C ) it is very cold inside over night. A lot of bugs on the walls especially in the kitchen/living room. The owner has a disrespectful attitude towards his guests. We found the stove gas tank empty and when we informed the owner he told us they forgot to fill it up even they knew very well that we will be there at that time. On top of everything, when we raised all the issues to him he told us that we have to many demands for the money paid!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Great place with the great views. The contact with the host was immediate. The house was clean and very cosy. Even though there are neighbours next doors, we could never hear them thanks to the good isolation. The house is located outside of the town, however even by foot it takes around 5-10minutes to get to the Icod center (also bus station), with plenty of restaurant, groceries and tourists attractions. Some comments mention little hot water - that was not true in our case, it has never ended for us even during longer showers.

Notice that there is no heating by default (in this part of the island it might get chilly at night in the winter) and the slope to the parkdrive is indeed very steep. Scary at the beginning, but we got used to it after a couple of times. Also pay attention to the particular apartment you’re picking - each of them has a different outdoor components - some of then have roof access, some back terrace, some front terrace etc.. However it is transparently visible in the photos. I would also add a door handle on the outside part of the door, as it is tricky to operate without it.
