Very helpful and nice owner Opportunity to try local products Accommodation practically furnished Kitchen fully equipped, nothing was missing. When it got colder outside, the heater started heating up right away. We definitely recommend it not only to families.

During the shower, hot and cold water is changing at first, you need to wait. The driveway is a little worse, but this is not within the owner's control.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Carlotta. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The property was easy to find, beautifully located and had a very nice pool. The staff, especially Carlotta, were super friendly. We got a bottle of wine and some homemade olive oil as a welcome present, and everyone did their best to accommodate our every need - thanks again! :) If you're looking for some peace and quiet and a good starting point for trips to some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany, we can definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful apartment with all the great facilities. Lots of space and some washing facilities too. Good springboard location for visiting major attractions. There's also an incredible hidden pub up in the nearby village called 'The Bell Pub'.

The road in and out of the location is a bumpy track and full of holes. We had an estate car and it got shook up - a 4x4 would be fine. Also an electric dryer would be useful for those late season visits like ours.

Authentic rural life. The landlord was friendly and lent us bikes for free. It was fun to ride around the fields. It is better to get to this B&B by car, the place is a bit hard to find

Beautiful place, lovely people - we loved our multiple stays here

Spacious grounds, nice pool and playground area for our toddler, apt was enormous compared to what we’d been having around Italy. Carlotta was extremely kind and gave us multiple gifts of wine, olive oil, and a little ceramic to take home from a local artist. Even had wine to buy on site from local producers (€4-8)! Kitchen was well equipped, and shower was nice and large thanks to the folding doors. AC worked well in both rooms. Laundry worked excellent. Cost was super affordable for the amenities!

Little noise from family upstairs above us, further from main tourist areas like montepulciano, montalcino and Siena but easy drives.

We booked a three night stay with our adult children to attend a family wedding in the area. The accommodation is in a beautiful area which is very quiet however very close to amenities. Casa Carlotta is beautifully presented and very well kept. The host is very friendly and attentive we had great communication leading up to our stay and greeted us with a very warm welcome. Our accommodation was exactly as we expected, with everything we could have possibly needed and very clean. There were basics like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, oil etc and a complimentary bottle of their wine. Everything was in working order and well maintained, including the outside areas, sitting areas, pool, ping-pong table, laundry room etc. Nothing is missing here. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate in recommending Casa Carlotta.

If I had to comment on something negative, I would say the bathroom is very badly designed. The shower and toilet are too close together and in order to use the shower you have to place a shower tray on the floor and open folding shower doors making the toilet impossible to use. The next person then has a wet floor to contend with. However I find in general Italian bathrooms are notoriously badly designed so this is not unique to Casa Carlotta. We did have an abundance of lovely soft towels, soap and shower gel. There was also a hairdryer and plenty of mirrors around the property.

Very friendly staff, beautiful pool and nice play area for kids. You can buy wine and olive oil and rooms are large and you have outside seating.

Nothing to complain and it's in a way charming too but interior /bathroom/kitchen is of course all old. Not broken and not ugly but older. It fits the style though and had also it's charm. We had a very good time and can recommend it for sure

The place is nice and clean with everything you would need. Carlotta was friendly and caring throughout our stay and met all our needs. We had some great memories there with the hospitality of host and friendliness of other guests.
