Very accommodating! We had to make multiple changes and they just helped us quickly and efficiently, and even refunded money; There is a free hotel shuttle as needed to the Venice bus stop; The bus comes every 15 minutes, it costs maybe $2 and takes about 30 minutes to get to the center; We received a print out with all necessary info (bus number, bus stop name, etc) at the reception and a map of Venice; The room and bathroom were clean and comfy; there is an elevator; 5 minutes drive from the airport and yet we could not hear any air traffic at all!

Excellent location for access to Marco Polo airport. It was just a few minutes drive with the hotel shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the hotel restaurant was closed, there was another very good restaurant nearby. The hotel owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to accomodate our needs.

Beautiful, restful and comfortable place to stay near the airport, excellent breakfast and most kind and helpful host, Roberto!

Unfortunately the restaurant is not open every evening.

Der Inhaber is rund um die Uhr da, super Nett und hilfsbereit macht und tut von morgens bis abends ein super toller Mensch! Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht, Frühstück frisch zubereitet sogar mit mehreren selbstgemachten Kuchen Super Lage sowohl vom/zum Flughafen als auch mit dem Bus (zu welchem er euch auch jedes Mal bringt und abholt) nach Venedig (ca.15-20min) Die Hauseigene Trattoria auch nur zu Empfehlen, super leckere Pasta und hervorragendes Fleisch!
