Wifi was niet in de kamers alleen op het terras beperkt.

This hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. It offers a stunning balcony view, spotless rooms, and complete peace and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was very good. ​Most importantly, though, is Sara—she is a true iron woman! We were blown away by her ability to do the work of ten people at once; she is the definition of energy and vitality. She was always ready to help with anything we needed and simply made our stay so much better. Thank you!

Diner in het restaurant was echt een onvoldoende

Ruim appartement, zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt.

Ik miste wat voorzieningen in het appartement. Er waren geen flesjes water bij ontvangst en er stonden onvoldoende glazen voor ons gezelschap. Het was fijn geweest als er wat servies en bestek was geweest.

Quiet location, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, room cleaned every day with fresh towels, nice size pool, great breakfast, good bar, great coffe, nice authentic building with history and plenty of room around.

A bit salty food for dinner (I don't use salt so it could be me), could have a better choice of red wine - we didn't like the €18/bottle one and the next up was €40/bottle that was a bit steep for us so maybe a €25-€30/bottle local Etna wine will fill that gap.

Man kunne få hyggeligere lys i restauranten.

Ottima la colazione e ristorante per la cena, con Ottimo menu', presso la struttura! Camera pulita e adeguatamente arredata! Ottima la posizione per visitare i dintorni!

A volte, di notte, si sentiva sbattere la porta di ingresso alla dépendance (dove era situata la nostra camera)!
