First: the calmness of the place. Two: that the bathroom was easily accessible from my bedroom. It is good for people like me, who suffer from chronic digestive illness and need to wake up at night.

It was hard to find the place when traveling there. There was no sign on the house that tells "Bed and breakfast" or where to enter. But was easily solved with phone call.

Couldn’t find a nicer place for the money. The hosts were lovely, the place was immaculate and it was just generally comfy.

The location does mean that getting into the city via train takes approximately half an hour each way. The property is close to the station which is convenient.

Hosts were friendly and room was clean.

It was very different to guest houses, which that facility actually is. We know that guests houses mean it's someone else home, but in that place we literally had a feeling we lived together with someone. Bathroom was full of owners' stuff as well as kitchen. Host also freely went to our area where rooms for guests were located (the have a different hallway). I'd expect it's normal in case hosts gave us more than "hello", though we literally heard how they are living. There was also a constant noise at night similar to when device is not synced with something.

Quiet neighborhood, close enough to train station. Nice family ... and a pile of books in the living ... from floor to ceiling :)

Outside windows had not been washed for pretty long time. The place was just a bit too narrow, too noisy and too crowded (considering available space, I would have built only two rooms instead of three)
