Fantastic everything! Quiet rural area. Everything needed they provide. Options to have meals there or prepare your own in common kitchen area. Food was delicious and staff down to earth and super customer oriented. Superb.

Het appartement was ruim

De parking te ver van de kamers.Een Stafford hond van het personeel liep ‘s avonds los in de tuin. We kregen een inventarislijst voor het appartement wat niet klopte met de werkelijkheid.We hadden geen zin om na een lange rit op doorreis alle bestek en borden te gaan tellen.Toen we dit beginnen doen zijn klopte niet alles maar we waren te moe na onze reis om nog samen met de hoteluitbater alles te gaan controleren dus hebben we het zo gelaten.De wifi werkte totaal niet.Volgens het hotel kwam dit door de hevige wind die er was die dag.

Claudia is gewoon geboren om een hotel uit te baten. Wij hadden een elektrisch defect aan de wagen en zij heeft ons met héél veel begrip op ons gemak gesteld en kosteloos de datum gewijzigd van ons verblijf, plus dan nog eens gezorgd dat we een comfortabele kamer met bad kregen en zelfs een upgrade! Topvrouw. En iedereen vriendelijk, lekker avondeten en ontbijt en héél goed verzorgd. Wij waren eerder al 3 keer in dit hotel geweest jaren geleden maar de huidige uitbaters hebben het écht naar een hoger niveau getild. Dan jullie wel!
