I could check in earlier on the check-in day. Cleaning personnel friendly and helpful. Quick response from the property owner, though their answers not necessarily satisfying.

General: When you enter the flat, a strong smell of tobacco hits you. Natural light barely coming in due to trees covering the windows. Too dim artificial lightning, especially in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen, creating a gloomy depressive atmosphere. Not clear why they cover the bulbs with stones to dim further the light of anyway week bulbs? Properties should have neutral decoration and bright or adjustable lightning, so every guest can adjust the light brightness to their comfort. Walls are zero soundproof, you can hear neighbours talking or moving staff. Poor ventilation, as windows should stay closed due to mosquitos. Bathroom: No hand soap. I had to buy a liquid hand wash bottle. Only one small toilet paper roll was available, I had to buy a pack of toilet paper. Toilet paper holder broken. No warm water in the sink of the bathroom, and te faucet was dripping. No shower curtains, water splashes into the whole floor of the bathroom. Kitchen: Available were only a microwave, fridge, and one cooking hub. Not a place where guests can feel like at home and prepare their meals and breakfast. Basic standard kitchen utensils were not available: No toaster. No coffee machine. No kettle. I had to use a pan to toast bred. Only after I asked causally the property owner whether they have a toaster, they provided me one. When I complained about missing standard utensils, the property owner replied that: [The listed flat in Booking clearly specified that there is only a microwave and a refrigerator, nothing else. Any additional requests must be communicated in advance either by message through Bokking or directly to the accommodation. But we are not obliged to provide anything that is not offered in the reservation]. We pay lot of money to get a comfortable stay, and not to spend time arguing about small basic standard things. In the future I won't book any property if not every small detail and utensils are clearly listed in the advertisement.

Our room in this traditional Murcian home was by far my most favorite accommodation ever in all of the places I've traveled to in Europe. I loved the tiles, brick, wood beams, stucco, windows and all of the decor. It felt very homey and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed for 3 days with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, hot shower and comfortable bed. The whole house was very quiet and clean. When I asked for something, I got it immediately. I would stay here again.

Un lugar con una decoración muy linda. Me encantó que contara con implementos de cocina en la habitación, con un hidromasaje y con nevera para hacernos la estancia cómoda. La chica de la limpieza súper dulce y amable.

La altura del techo sobre la cama, para una persona alta es incómodo. Y su ubicación no es la mejor si lo que quieres es pasar poco tiempo y conocer la ciudad, pero si deseas una velada romántica este es el lugar ideal.
