"Wij waren ter plaatse maar er was een grote stroomstoring, geen telefonie, geen navigatie."

Grote stroomstoring, geen internet, geen bereik en niemand kon ons vertellen waar het hotel stond. Geen navigatie en route kunnen downloaden. Zijn maar naar huis gegaan en gaf veel overlast. Betaling hotel wel gedaan. Restitutie mogelijk?
