Carol and Dan were excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. Accommodation is ideally located, spotlessly clean with modern facilities and good choices at breakfast. Reasonably priced especially for the high standard of accommodation

Warm, comfortable big bed and spotlessly clean. Great location, close to everything. Breakfast was massive and very tasty! Would highly recommend. Carol left us some home made and it was outstanding!

The location is wonderful, in the centre but not on the main street so you get some restful sleep. Carol and Danny were marvellous, very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. There are loads of restaurants nearby and the tramway and beach are a 5 minute walk. The Breakfasts were amazing! Hearty and delicious, my boyfriend couldn't stop raving about the mushrooms!! A few updates to the bathroom would be a bonus, but the room was immaculate. Tea and coffee was plentiful and you get a personal touch that is lost in budget hotels these days. A really lovely place to stay.

"Just a happy made feeling, most of the people there was a there 2nd 3rd time at Audley"

just returned from Audley Guest House, for new year Carol and Danny treated us like family, Breakfast was great plenty to choose from hot and plenty..rooms, beds shower lovely hot water, plenty of tea coffee, toiletries, home made cakes, chocolate, new years day, prosecco at breakfast to toast new year, balloons ..the personal family touch, we will definitely be back. a big thank you again Carol and Danny keep on smiling you two. love Marie and Mike xxxxxxxxxxx
