Restful location. Super bathroom. Friendly & helpful. Good breakfast choice.

Steep stairs, as we both have mobility problems. However, Liz was very helpful with luggage.

The quiet location, the comfortable bed, and countryside views from our bedroom window. Also, the large well appointed bedroom and bathroom. We received a very warm welcome from the host which made our stay very enjoyable.

Beautiful setting on a working farm. Comfortable room and superb breakfast. Charming hosts.

Beautiful location surrounded by green fields and lovely views. So nice to see the sheep and chickens. The room was big with the most fantastic bathroom. We stayed for 2 days as we went to a family wedding near by. The room had all that we could ask for and we had a very comfortable stay. Liz and Phil were brilliant host. Breakfast was exceptional with the most freshest eggs. It’s a 10/10 from us.

IT would be helpful to have signage from the main road (unless we missed it), also has a very long driveway to farm with lots of quite deep potholes which could damage your car if not seen in the dark.

The farm is a delightful location, within relatively easy walking distance of Petworth and Tillington and a selection of excellent pubs. The breakfast was simple but delicious and although I did not have a cooked breakfast, I’m absolutely sure that it would have been as fresh and as tasty as the rest of the breakfast. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone who loves the sounds and the smells of the countryside. It is in a delightfully rural area, and while the farming life is a very busy one, both Liz and Phil have provided a very relaxed, unrushed and welcoming setting.

I can honestly think of nothing which might be improved. Being by the River Rother, I suppose, if there were many weeks of sustained rain, there might be flooding, so one would probably choose higher ground if there was a long period of very wet weather!

The Breakfast was cooked to request and was very good. Friendliness and noting too much trouble
