Breakfast option not included. Not a problem as this was a one night stay to visit family close by. My wife and I lived in Louth 60 years ago. Gave us a chance to remember how flat this area of Lincolnshire is and as Art is my hobby, the inspiration of vast skies gave food for thought.

Didn’t like travelling back to the accommodation in the dark on unfamiliar roads, unprotected edges , dykes, 37 mph was fast enough, but the journey was only a short one.

Clean and tidy

Walls to thin could hear everything coming from neighbouring room. Once the drunk arguing swearing knobs had shut up and gone to sleep I had a good night sleep myself.

The location was spot on for visiting relatives in North Somercoats. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Our Room (room 1) was very nicely decorated & clean. The wet room type shower worked well. Complimentary biscuits was a nice surprise.

Would have liked Netflix on the TV.

"Pleasant overnight stay before the MG Viking car run."

Rural location near the coast. Peaceful atmosphere, friendly and helpful host. It was also located only 20 minutes drive from where a classic car event starts. The quality of accommodation and the grounds was excellent. Restaurants, a shop and pubs were a short .
