Proximity to the castle, room was spacious with an old world charm

Underwhelmed by the atmosphere of the Castle View Restaurant but the food was really good and staff really attentive. Attached café still using paper cups for hot drinks. Hated restaurant background music.

"Perfect with the one exception"

Almost everything

One one staff on duty and no one to take you to your room which was not signposted properly and a 10 minute walk in the dark. Directions given were poor. Due to the storm which never happened the receptionist left early and was not helpful
