"Relaxing, beautiful, a home from home"

10.0

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, made even better by the warm and friendly host who made us feel instantly welcome. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering stunning views over Carlingford Lough and the Rostrevor mountains. We only stayed one night, but the breakfast was delicious with a great selection to choose from. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the whole B&B had a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.

"Wonderful B&B in a charming town"

10.0

Great B&B in a charming town, restaurants and bars are in walking distance, while many activities (mourne mountains for hiking, coastal cities for relaxing) are just a short drive away. The hosts were lovely and very friendly. The room was big and had a wonderful view of the bay, which is a big plus come sunshine or rain. The breakfast was very good, it was actually the best Irish breakfast we had during our trip.

"A wonderfully charming place, with a great view, and close to several interesting natural sights."

10.0

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom functioned well, and was well stocked. The view from the room was stunning, and the property overall had a lot of charm. The breakfast menu was good, the food was wonderful, and the breakfast area had a beatiful view of the mountains and beach. There was a cat outside of the property what was friendly, and I swear had a 'meow' that sounded like it had an Irish accent.

The kettle in the room was very small and awkward to use, even though it worked just fine. The proprietor of the place was a friendly guy, very helpful, and full of stories, but a bit chatty.

"A Hidden Gem with a Local Touch"

10.0

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was perfect—fresh, delicious, and the best way to start the day. What truly made our visit special was our host. As a former tour guide, he is a wealth of knowledge. He shared fascinating insights into the history of the country, turning our morning coffee into an engaging history lesson. It is rare to find a host who is so passionate and articulate about his heritage
