Das Zimmer stank sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Der Wasserkocher war kaputt, die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher fehlte oder funktionierte nicht, und trotz mehrfacher Versuche, das Management telefonisch oder per E‑Mail zu kontaktieren, gab es keine Antwort. In der Dusche war das heiße und kalte Wasser nicht konstant, und die Liste der Mängel ließe sich noch lange fortsetzen.
